RotaDairon Factory Visit

By , May 8, 2017 10:49 am

A few of the team here at TGG have just returned from a visit from the RotaDairon factory in France. Although it was raining, it did not dampen our spirits we had a fantastic time. When you enter the building the first thing you see is the very first Dairon machine to be made, a reminder of how much history this family business is steeped in.

The factory set in stunning grounds in the middle of the race track at Mulsanne has always been in poll position when it comes to quality. The passion and innovation of Michele Dairon the Owner is – as ever – clear to see in every aspect of the business. He knows absolutely every detail of what goes on within those walls and he shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. He is very much stuck in with the day to day problem solving and creating ideas for the next generation of Dairon machines.

The detail that goes into manufacture is immense, these machines are not just knocked together to make a quick buck. Every single element is thought through in great depth and detail resulting in the fine quality machines that RotaDairon produce today.

The factory is immaculately kept and currently in full swing production working through the mass of orders they have coming through the doors.

From design to production it is clearly a happy place to be. The excitement and passion of Michele was clear to see during our tour of the factory. Every chance he got he was on a machine to demonstrate the processes behind many of the parts that make up the Dairon machines, he literally lives and breathes his business. He and the team there are busy continually generating new ideas and developing processes to ensure the customer gets the best result possible.

Purchasing a Dairon machine is an investment, without a shadow of a doubt the best money you will spend. Whether you are looking for a self-propelled Seeder, a Stoneburier (various options available), an Overseeder or a Stabilizer – Dairon is 100% the product for you.

Tim, Jem, Lee and Jon will be attending the event so please feel free to find them with any questions you may have about our products. The AutostackII is very unlikely to be attending the TGA meeting in the summer so please make the most of the opportunity to see this exciting new machine in the field! It is pleasing to see that even in these difficult times Trebro are developing new products and supporting the industry.

NEW SC2010

The SC2010 Roll incorporates all of the proven Trebro reliability in a new compact innovative design. It has the newest and latest technology with many features requested by today’s turf producer.

It is a compact, lightweight manoeuvrable harvester that is powered by a 99 HP Cumminsengine. The all-wheel drive with rear wheel anti-spin control keeps the SC2010 on track in wet, muddy conditions. The deluxe cab with anti-vibration mounts has heat and air conditioning for a quiet, comfortable ride. The driver has excellent visibility of the cutting head, conveyor, and stacking functions.

The SC2010 has outstanding maneuverability, increasing harvesting efficiency. For international shipments, the SC2010 folds down to fit into an ocean container, saving thousands of dollars in shipping costs.

This ultimate high production harvester is a totally refined machine by any standard. Not only does it feature Trebro’s economy, reliability, and time tested value, it also incorporates many new features that set it apart from any other turf harvester on the market today.

A new heated and air conditioned cab uses curved glass panels both front and rear for outstanding visibility. Powered by a 140 HP Cumminsengine with all wheel hydrostatic drive and large floatation tires allows the AutoStack II to harvest through wet muddy conditions with ease. When it turns hot and dry, it keeps on harvesting thanks to the twin 24” cutting heads with dual adjustable down pressure producing a remarkable quality of cut with a minimum of waste.

Some other new features include; state of the art modular control system with diagnostics interface, auto-conveyor control to match conveyor speed to ground speed ,larger more powerful cutting head motors, plus many more. The new Trebro AutoStack II will turn any large scale turf harvesting operation into a highly efficient one man system.
